Kristi Rogers
CEO & Co-Founder PRISM
Kristi is a leading executive and former senior US government official with extensive international leadership experience in the public and private sectors. Her strategic advice and counsel are regularly sought on issues relating to global supply chain resiliency, security and disaster response, , and the role of business in complex and dynamic environments.
A recovering start-up CEO, Kristi successfully launched, managed, and grew two companies with overseas operations. She currently serves on Qualys’ Board of Directors (a publicly traded company), and NowSecure (a private mobile app security company).
Today, she is the co-founder of Principal to Principal which manages a Global Forum; and is also the founder/CEO of P2P Strategies, a strategic positioning company operating at the most senior levels of business and government. Their objective is to bring constructive approaches to today’s multifaceted public policy issues and assist organizations with successfully addressing complex challenges. With P2P, in April 2020 Kristi founded and manages a Global Supply Chain Task Force (PRISM). PRISM includes numerous international companies across all sectors, including mining, automotive, microelectronics, telecommunications, advanced technology, and advanced manufacturing. Since late 2021, the Task Force’s primary focus continues to be on diversifying and strengthening the resiliency of our critical minerals and materials’ global supply chains.
Kristi also serves on the Board of Business Executives for National Security (BENS), chairs the Women’s Foreign Policy Group Board, and serves on the Advisory Councils for ForgePoint Capital, George Mason University’s National Security Institute, and the Silverado Policy Accelerator. In June 2020, she was appointed to the National Response Enterprise BENS Commission, chaired by former U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary, the Honorable Jeh Johnson, and the Chairman & CEO of Johnson & Johnson, Alex Gorsky. In 20232 Mike & Kristi were the National Co-chairs of the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy’s Annual Celebration of Reading.
Previously, Kristi was a senior US government executive. She spent just under a year in Iraq while at Defense, also traveling extensively in the Middle East and Africa. Today she is a regular speaker at Michigan State University’s College of Social Science and other organizations. Also, Kristi and her husband Mike are passionate advocates and supporters of improving literacy throughout the United States
