Badge Collection

New for 2025, Registration and badge collection is from CTICC 2.  The entrance to registration is located on Rua Bartholomeu Dias Plain.

To collect your badge, you will require your badge collection email (sent one week before the event) along with matching valid government issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card).  You cannot collect a badge on behalf of another delegate. All badges are non-transferable.  For any registration enquiries, please contact us at [email protected]

Event Entrances

There are two dedicated entrances.  Entrance 1 via Lower Long Street into CTTIC 1 and Entrance 2 via Heerengracht Street into CTICC 2.  Please use the most convenient entrance.

Entrance Security

All delegates will undergo a badge check before entering the queue lines.  As you enter the building, everyone will be subject to airport style security.  Please follow instructions for a quick and easy security clearance.

Accessibility and venue services

Accessibility

There are accessibility ramps into CTICC 1 and all entrances to CTICC 2 are on the flat. Badge holders can use either entrance. Badges must be collected at CTICC 2.

All content theatres have provisions for individuals with wheelchairs. To assist with planning, we ask that any wheelchair attendees notify us in advance at [email protected].

Accessible toilets are available on all levels throughout the event.

Other venue services

A quiet space / wellbeing zone / prayer room can be found on the ground floor within CTICC 1 and the roof level in CTICC 2.

A cloak room is available on the ground floor of CTICC 2 outside registration.

Catering & Dietary Requirements

Catering

Refreshments are served from dedicated lounges located on the exhibition floor and from the Recharge and Intergovernmental Lounges.

Delegate catering is included within the ticket price and is served daily between 12:00 – 14:00 from the lunch hall in CTICC 2.

Vegetarians and vegans are catered for, but if you have any specific dietary requirements please email us at [email protected].

 

Visa letters

To request a visa support letter, please contact [email protected], including your name and registration number. Letters will only be issued on receipt of payment.

Registration & badge collection
To collect your badge, you will require your badge collection email (sent one week before the event) along with matching valid government issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card).  You cannot collect a badge on behalf of another delegate. All badges are non-transferable.  For any registration enquiries, please contact us at [email protected].

During the event
On arrival, all delegates will undergo a badge check before entering the queue lines.  As you enter the building, everyone will be subject to airport style security.  Please follow instructions for a quick and easy security clearance.  This is a fire-arm free event. 

Your delegate badge permits entry to the event and approved networking functions. Entry to the event will be refused without a valid badge. 

To collect your badge, you will require your badge collection email (sent one week before the event).  Emails will only be sent upon receipt of payment.  With your collection email you must present matching valid government issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card).  You cannot collect a badge on behalf of another delegate. Car Parking
Car parking is available in the CTICC car park P1 for a daily fee.  Car parks P3 & P5 will be closed during the event.

E-Hailing Services
Taxis and Ubers should drop off and collect at the dedicated e-hailing zones on Walter Sisulu Avenue for CTICC 1 and Heerengracht Street for CTICC 2. They should not drop off or pick up at Lower Long Street or at the Westin.
