How to get here
You can easily reach Mining Indaba by using the provided Google Maps preview to navigate to the location. The venue has comprehensive information on the various ways you can get to the CTICC which you can access here.

Accessibility and venue services
Accessibility
There are dedicated accessibility ramps into CTICC 1, and all entrances to CTICC 2 are on the flat. Badge holders can use either entrance to access the event. Badges can collected at CTICC 2.
All content theatres have provisions for individuals with wheelchairs. To assist with planning, we ask that any wheelchair attendees notify us in advance at [email protected].
Accessible toilets are available on all levels of both buildings at the CTICC.
Other venue services
A quiet space / wellbeing zone / prayer room can be found on the ground floor within CTICC 1 and the roof level in CTICC 2.
A cloak room is available.
Dietary requirements
Delegate catering is included in the ticket price, and we cater to vegetarians, vegans, and kosher dietary requirements. If you have any specific requirements or wish to check with the team, please email us at [email protected].
Visa letters
To request a visa support letter, please contact [email protected], including your name and registration number. Letters will only be issued on receipt of payment.
Frequently Asked Questions
All delegates will pass through airport-style security upon arrival. This is a fire-arm free event. Security at CTICC requires delegate badges to match photo ID upon entry into the event.
Please bring government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card). All badges are non-transferable.
Your delegate badge permits entry to the event and approved networking functions. Entry to the event will be refused without a badge.
Badges Barcodes are issued one week before the event. Security at CTICC requires delegate badges to match photo ID upon entry into the event. Please bring government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card). All badges are non-transferable. Please note that barcodes and badges will only be issued upon receipt of payment.

Car parking is available in the CTICC car parks (P1 and P5) for a daily fee. Taxis and Ubers stop at the dedicated drop zones on Walter Sisulu Avenue.

Tea, coffee, and water will be available all day at the designated refreshment points within the main gallery and exhibition floor. Lunch will be provided for all delegates in the Lunch Hall on Level 1 between 12:00 – 14:00, Monday to Thursday. Vegetarians and vegans will be catered for.
