Thomas Gustavsson is the co-founder of Hypex Bio Explosives technology, a company supplying nitrate free and sustainable commercial explosives solutions to the mining and infrastructure industries. Thomas is the CEO of Hypex Bio and is responsible for the market development and launch of the Hypex explosives technology into the global marketplace.
Thomas has a long experience with developing and commercialization of commercial explosives and energetic materials for the civil market. Thomas has an in-depth passion for explosives engineering and the sustainability transition of the mining industry. Thomas holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Royal Technical Academy in Stockholm.
