Company & Project Background: Ignite Machinery & Mining Limited (“Ignite” or “the Company”) is a Ghanaian-based Junior mining company with a large-scale land position in the Kibi Greenstone Belt (“Kibi Winneba Gold Belt”), which represents the last greenstone belt to be drilled and developed in Ghana. The Company holds a Prospecting and Exploration license to a large-scale gold concession in the Eastern region of Ghana. The concession, totaling 47 square kilometers (11,000 acres) within the Kibi Winneba Gold Belt, is home to a Birimian greenstone belt geologically analogous to the neighboring Ashanti Gold Belt. This area has circa 140 million ounces of proven gold reserves discovered to date, based on publicly available information.

Ignite’s concession is centered within the Kibi-Winneba gold belt where the Company is currently undertaking alluvial mining. Based on historical gold production from Ignite’s alluvial mining activities, the Company has established viability for commercial alluvial and rock gold production.
