These materials are pivotal for economic growth and sustainability. The Netherlands therefore developed a strategy that focuses on sustainable value chains and a just energy transition, emphasising the need for international cooperation, sustainable sourcing, and diversification of supply chains. (South) Africa and the Netherlands have a shared interest to develop CRM value chains that are economically, environmentally and socially sustainable.
