Company & Project Background: Oriole Cameroon SARL, a 90%-owned subsidiary of UK-quoted Oriole Resources PLC, is focused on early-stage gold and lithium exploration within the Eastern CLP, a district-scale package of five contiguous licences in central Cameroon. The Company has already identified multi-kilometre gold anomalism at its flagship project, Mbe, and is working towards the signing of an earn-in deal with BCM International Limited whereby it will earn up to a 50% interest in the project by making a US$1m signature payment and funding US$4m in exploration expenditure, in addition to JORC resource-based success payments.
