Company & Project Background: Oriole Cameroon SARL, a 90%-owned subsidiary of LSE AIM-traded Oriole Resources PLC, is focused on gold exploration within the Eastern CLP, a district-scale package of five contiguous licences in central Cameroon.  There it has identified multi-kilometre long gold anomalies, including at its flagship Mbe project.  Since 2022, the Company’s systematic exploration programmes have identified four geochemical targets, MB01 – MB04, with the majority of the work completed to date at MB01 (including the MB01-N and MB01-S zones).  In October 2025, the Company published a maiden JORC Inferred Resource Estimate for MB01-S of 24.8Mt at 1.09g/t Au for 870,000 oz contained Au.  At the MB01-N zone, there is an additional JORC Exploration Target of 15 to 20Mt at 0.77 to 0.94g/t Au for between 370,000 and 605,000oz contained gold.  BCM International Limited is currently earning-up to a 50% interest in Mbe by funding up to US$4m in exploration expenditure, which will be met upon completion of the ongoing MB01-N drilling programme and other financial commitments.   In addition, there are potential JORC resource-based success payments dependent upon the reported MRE.
