Company & Project Background: Zamare Minerals is a private copper explorer focused on Zambia. The company has licences in different parts of NW Zambia and in different geological styles, all either near producing mines or near active exploration by other larger companies. Kikana is 40km from Kansanshi and has historic drilling with best hole 52m @ 1.25% Cu. A new campaign of drilling is ongoing; Dongwe is IOCG-style with small artisanal pits mining upto 15.8% Cu (plus 0.57g/t Au).  2024 drilling at Dongwe by Zamare hit up to 0.3% Cu and merits a follow up drill programme;  Ntambu is contiguous with First Quantum's Sentinel Cu & Enterprise Ni miness; Kalene Hills is in Kamoa-style rocks but in Zambia and on trend with Kamoa.  Murundi is near the large-scale Mufulira mine and is exploring new lithologies.

Zamare has a strong management team with decades of experience in Zambia and on the Copperbelt. As a project developer intent on optimising its use of capital, Zamare is assessing farm-outs of licences and the acquisition of new licences in copper in Zambia.
