Barry Beylefeld, is the dynamic Director of AZTEC Mining, who brings over 22 years of expertise and a fervent dedication to revolutionising mineral processing and hydrometallurgy.  
For 17 years he was working in the EPCM sector, involved in process design, project engineering and senior management on more than 20 projects and feasibility studies, in over 14 countries. His vast experience and sound knowledge within this sector, sparked his passion for advancing the global metallurgical industry through innovation.   
His constant drive for harnessing cutting-edge products, technologies and strategies to increase efficiency and sustainability in the mining sector, has led to the founding of AZTEC Mining.  
At AZTEC Mining, Barry drives efforts to optimise mineral processing techniques and lead the development of state-of-the-art equipment and gold ore beneficiation processes.  
His visionary leadership in developing new technologies has led to the patented AZTEC Upflow Reactor (AZ-UFR) and the Cyanide Reduction Process 
(AZ-CRP). 
Under Barry’s leadership, AZTEC Mining continues to set new benchmarks in mineral processing and engineering by providing solutions that maximise efficiency, profitability, and reduce the environmental impact for their clients.
