Bokang brings over 20 years of experience as a Mining Engineer. He co-founded Baletsema Holdings, which offers mining services across multiple commodities, with a speciality in exploration drilling. His passion is learning and applying various technology trends in the mining industry worldwide. With this, he founded the 4IR-In-Mining seminar in 2019, which takes place annually and hosts and showcases the latest innovations in mining, leveraging world-leading technologies to solve industry problems. Bokang participates in multiple boards and committees, including, but not limited to, the South African Colliery Managers Association (SACMA), MineSafe, and Mining Review Africa's Mining Elites. He has received multiple recognitions and features from various industry bodies for his contributions to the mining industry. He is recognised as a Thought leader in mining, making him a keynote speaker at most mining events, discussing topics related to technology and innovation in mining.
