Daniella Savic

Head of International ESG Compliance Eurasian Resources Group

Daniella Savic joined ERG as Head of International ESG Compliance in 2022. In this role, she is responsible for shaping and managing ERG International’s overarching sustainability programme. Daniella oversees the implementation of initiatives and strategies, ensures regulatory compliance, supports regional ESG reporting and actively engages with the multi stakeholder community (including governments, civil society, etc.) to foster partnerships and share best practices. 
With over 13 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, Daniella has held diverse roles across the private, public, and tertiary sectors, including positions at UNICEF and the Global Battery Alliance. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree specialising in Sustainable Business Development from Business School Lausanne and University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
In 2024, Daniella received the Most Influential ESG Women in Metals & Mining Award in recognition of her hard work, passion and commitment to making a lasting positive impact in the industry. The award is judged by an independent third-party research team based on feedback from a wide range of stakeholders.
