Elaine leads Sibanye-Stillwater’s Digital Innovation Hub, focusing on building a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives that support the company’s strategic objectives and delivers tangible value. She has 10 years of experience in mining operations and consulting across multiple commodities and environments. A metallurgical engineer by background, she started her career as a process control and improvement specialist for a global mining company. She later transitioned to consulting, advising mining and metals clients in Southern Africa on operations performance improvement, digital transformation, and strategic partnership negotiations. She’s an experienced project manager and has led multidisciplinary teams to tackle diverse operational and business challenges.
