Gerhard is a Principal in the dss+ Climate and Sustainability practice specialising in operationalising decarbonisation and climate adaptation strategies. He holds a Phd. in Mechanical Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in the development of energy efficiency solutions, energy financing and comprehensive energy and carbon strategies for multinationals. He has been extensively involved in measurement and verification methodologies required by government incentives and carbon tax programmes for clean technologies.
