Lawrence Odiwuor Ndago (BBM) applies his professional background in management and accounting, and experience in MSMEs resuscitation to promote the transformation of Artisanal and Small Scale Gold Mining (ASGM) into viable business ventures. Through his Company, Multiflow Geoconsult and Services Limited, Lawrence has managed to promote sectoral collaboration which has seen over 2,000 ASGM players trained on business and safety skills in the past 2 years.
As a small scale gold miner, Lawrence applies acceptable business and safety practices as a model to prove the benefits and importance of his belief in ASGM as viable and bankable entities capable of driving sustainable and scalable economic value to all players including the community.
