Mansour Belhadj is a seasoned business leader with extensive expertise in the energy industry. He currently serves as the General Manager at Microsoft, where he is responsible for driving business growth in the Energy and Resources industries across CEMA regions (Central/Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa). 
With over 30 years of experience, Mansour held regional, pole and global executive roles in major engineering, technology and software corporations before joining Microsoft. 
Mansour holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from EFREI Engineering School and a master of advanced studies in engineering sciences from Paris East university. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Executive Education General Management Program.
