CEO Africa Practice
Marcus is the CEO of Africa Practice - a mission-led strategic consulting firm advising investors and development partners across the continent. He has more than twenty five years’ experience capacitating organizations to co-create solutions that address complex business and development challenges, and unlock value.
Marcus has served as an advisor on public policy, regulatory compliance and stakeholder relations to several mining majors. He was a contributor to the drafting of the African Mining Vision.
Prior to founding Africa Practice in 2003, Marcus served as director of international affairs for an NYSE-listed firm advising governments on how to secure preferential terms of trade and attract investment.
