He has provided financial and strategic advice to numerous national and private companies in the extractive and energy sectors with a primary focus on Africa. Moez leads conferences on the extractive industry and frequently contributes articles to specialized journals on the topic. He began his professional journey as a petroleum engineer with an oil and gas group. Moez holds an engineering degree from École Polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, as well as a master's degree from the French Institute of Petroleum. He is also a CFA in France.
