As General Manager of Orapa, Letlhakane, and Damtshaa Mines, he leads one of the world’s most prominent integrated diamond operations, overseeing strategic planning, operational excellence, and sustainable resource management.

As the General Manager of the Debswana Orapa Letlhakane and Damtshaa Mines and a member of Group Exco, Mogakolodi is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies in line with Debswana’s corporate vision.
