Mohan Vivekanandan

Mohan is a member of the DBSA’s Group Executive Committee, with accountability for pan-African deal origination/client management, having concluded over 60 projects with ZAR50Bn+ ($3bn) in past four years. His teams cover all economic and social infrastructure sectors with transactions concluded in over
15countries.Mohan was the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the SADC Development Finance Centre in 2022 and has supported the WEF, OECD and UN in initiatives related to sustainable financing and infrastructure development. Mohan serves as an associateprofessor of development finance at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business.
Mohan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an MSc in Global Finance from New York University Stern
School of Business. He earned a BA (Honours) in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University in Chicago, USA.
