She is known for her strategic thinking and ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. She has a passion for STEM principals and in her spare time she promotes robotics and coding for disadvantaged and special needs primary school learners because she believes that no one should be left behind when it comes to Forth Industrial revolution.

Nivasha also serves on the Advisory Board for Mining Indaba’s Technology and Innovation Committee.
