Nivasha Singh is a Business Development Manager at Siemens Energy, focusing on the renewable and mining sector. In her role, she is responsible for delving into the challenges of transitioning towards sustainable and 
decarbonised mining operations and explore strategies to effectively tackle the complexities inherent in the mining sector, driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships within the energy industry.

Nivasha’s career highlights include her expertise in electrical engineering, project management and business development. She holds qualifications in electrical engineering, project management and management practice. She is known for her strategic thinking and ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. She has a passion for STEM principals and in her spare time she promotes robotics and coding for disadvantaged and special needs primary school learners because she believes that no one should be left behind when it comes to Forth Industrial revolution.

Nivasha also serves on the Advisory Board for Mining Indaba’s Technology and Innovation Committee.
