Radolf Baalasaaye, Senior Business Improvement Specialist, Gold Fields Ghana 
Currently the Senior Business Improvement Specialist, Radolf’s role involves spearheading Business Improvement initiatives, embedding continuous improvement strategies and processes, asset performance and technology deployments. Radolf is experienced in facilitating continuous improvement methodologies and coaching teams to achieve organizational excellence. 
With nearly 10 year’s of experience in mining operations, Radolf has held various roles at Gold Fields, including Relieving Manager for Business Improvement and Asset Optimisation for both Damang Mine and Gold Fields Tarkwa mine respectively. Radolf has been very instrumental in the integration of safety systems and a key member for the partnership journey established by Gold Fields with Hexagon at the operational levels for both operations.  
Radolf is currently a Master of Science (MSc) candidate in Project Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana. He holds multiple certifications, including Principles of Mining Engineering, Mine Drilling and Blasting Operations, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and ISO 50001: Energy Management System Auditor/ Lead Auditor.
