Rivoningo assumed the Chief Strategy Officer role in August 2023. During his tenure in the mining sector, Rivoningo has played instrumental roles in shaping strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence. His journey at Exxaro began as the manager of Business Optimisation, where he spearheaded formulating and implementing the coal business strategy. In this capacity, Pleasure also led efforts in digitalisation, innovation, and operational excellence. Prior to Exxaro, Rivoningo served as the Manager of Management Operating Systems at Anglo American, showcasing his expertise in optimising management processes within a large-scale mining corporation. In 2020, Rivoningo took on the role of Manager of Mining at Leeuwpan Mine. As Chief Strategy Officer, Rivoningo is poised to leverage his extensive experience and diverse skill set to drive innovative strategies and contribute to the continued success and growth of the organisation in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
