Safi Virginius is Director of Human Resources and Occupational Health at Eramet Comilog, Eramet's Gabonese subsidiary and the world's leading manganese producer. With a double degree in Political Science and Computer Science, Safi has nearly 15 years' experience in digital and organizational transformation in France and Gabon. At Comilog, she helped steer the first Integrated Remote Operations Centre in Sub-Saharan Africa (excluding South Africa), which enables real-time monitoring of Comilog's operational activities. Successively Chief of Staff to the CEO, Head of Talents and then HR Director, Safi has developed projects at the crossroads of talent management and digital, highlighting the new strategic role of the HR function in mining activities.
