Vincenzia Leitich has over 15 years of risk and investment banking project finance debt structuring experience. Experience includes projects in energy and infrastructure projects across South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa, including various asset classes, such as renewable energy, gas, water, hospitals, border posts; and various funding structures, including ECA and risk mitigation enhancements. Vincenzia has led many of the recently closed South African REIPPP and decentralised energy projects. Vincenzia is now involved in a more sector focused role, where key aspects include a focus on private power, transmission, market code and the power developments in the South African space; as well as thought leadership and specific structural innovation.
