Company & Project Background: DALEOR SARL holds a gold exploration permit covering an area of 64 km² in the Ntiebabougou area, Bougouni Circle, southern Mali. The permit was officially granted by the Ministry of Mines, Energy and Water of the Republic of Mali on 16 November 2021 and is registered under reference PR 21/1181.
The exploration licence is valid for an initial three-year term, with the possibility of two successive renewals of three years each. The permit authorises exploration for gold and associated Group 2 mineral substances within the defined perimeter.
DALEOR SARL has committed to a minimum exploration expenditure of CFA 275.1 million over the initial permit period, to be allocated progressively across the three years of work. In the event of an economically viable discovery, the Government of Mali undertakes to grant an exploitation licence within the permit area, in accordance with the Mining Code.
The project is subject to Mali’s mining legislation and requires the implementation of structured exploration programmes, including geological, geochemical and geophysical surveys, supported by regular technical and financial reporting to the national mining authorities.
