Company Description: Tejia Resources SA is a Niger based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resources projects in West Africa. The company holds four uranium exploration licenses, covering a total area of 1,660km2 in the Tim Mersoï basin, one of the most significant areas of producing standstone-hosted uranium deposits in the world. Tejia’s uranium licenses are divided into two main project areas:      
-       The Agadez project, consisting of the Tofotekset license which hosts the Assaouas deposit, one of the first uranium deposits discovered by the French Commission de l’Energie Atomique (CEA) in the 60s.     
-       The Arlit project comprising the Iseratagen, Zeline 1 and Zeline 3 exploration licenses located within a 15 km radius from the Arlit concession which has a historical production of over 145,000 tons of uranium since 1971
