Paul Chongo Kabuswe is a Zambian politician serving as the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development. He is the Member of Parliament for Chililabombwe Constituency, representing the United Party for National Development (UPND). Previously, Kabuswe served as the mayor of Chililabombwe. Elected as MP in August 2021, he succeeded Richard Musukwa and was appointed minister by President Hakainde Hichilema.
