Joachim Nzuzi

Joachim Nzuzi is the Chief of Staff at ERG Africa, where he supports the execution of strategic priorities and oversees cross-functional initiatives. He also leads engagement with government authorities and key institutional stakeholders in the Democratic Republic of Congo. With over 18 years of professional experience across Africa, he has held senior and executive leadership roles in mining, mining services, business development consulting and real estate, where he led complex organisations and strategic transformation initiatives. He holds an Advanced Management credential from Harvard Business School, an MBA and a Master of Philosophy in Business Management and is recognised for his ability to foster effective public-private and multilateral collaboration in complex operating environments.
