Linda is an investment and development finance professional passionate about driving sustainable economic development across the African continent. She has extensive experience in investment banking, with expertise in structuring finance across a range of sectors including mining, renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.She currently works in development finance, where she focuses on providing equity and debt funding to mining and metals projects across Africa—advancing high-impact investments that enable industrialisation, job creation and long-term value. She is the Founder and CEO of Mustard Seed, a platform that empowers entrepreneurs and professionals through knowledge sharing in investing, entrepreneurship, leadership. Linda holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town and an Executive Master in Finance from INSEAD.
