Mark offers 40 years of C-Suite experience, running a diversified, listed company across Africa, Australia, Europe, South-East Asia, and North and South America, which is highly focused on the Mining Industry. He has an impressive track record in building, growing and realigning businesses, developing and leading people, identifying and unlocking opportunity in nearly every challenge (from the commodity cycle and COVID-19 pandemic to the transition to net zero and transformational technologies), all while championing safety and sustainability, delivering shareholder value and managing wide-ranging complexity. He has recently launched Dytor Capital in 2024. This entity has been focused on consulting and investments, with the most recent investment being Lake International. A business focused on the Food and Beverage Additive industry oh which he also Chairs. He is currently a Non-Executive Board Director of various boards. He has a lifelong passion for sales and is one of very few CEOs from a sales background. Highly regarded for his deep integrity and solid work ethic, Mark is a firm believer in finding purpose, giving back and making a real difference.
