Riaan Koppeschaar is Finance Director at Exxaro Resources. He completed his articles at Coopers & Lybrand in 1995, beginning a successful career in treasury and corporate finance. He held various managerial roles at Iscor Limited, Kumba Resources Limited, and Exxaro Resources Limited, serving as General Manager: Corporate Finance and Treasury for ten years. During this time, he managed financial strategies and key operations. In July 2016, Koppeschaar was appointed Finance Director, significantly impacting the organisation’s financial performance and strategic direction.
