BCM Group is a global civil earthworks and surface mining contractor based in Ghana and has been operating for nearly 100 years, originally as “Harold List and Sons” in the 1950s, then as Bayswater Contracting and Mining. The company has a history of civil works and contract mining projects in Australia and Asia, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and value through innovation and sustainability. Since our founding in the 1950s, we have grown from a single location into a global organization with a robust network of clients and partners across Africa, Asia and the Middle East.  
 BCM Group has a strong presence in the West African region and has established a reputation as an industry leader in earthworks and surface mining contracting. The company’s extensive experience has combined civil earthworks skills with open pit mining skills since 1994, often undertaking large-scale construction earthworks projects using medium-sized mining plant and equipment.
BCM has expanded throughout West Africa, Tanzania, Central Asia, and Jordan, completing contracts in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan and currently undertaking large-scale oil shale mining project in Jordan with a local partner. BCM Group’s mission is to provide comprehensive solutions to the minerals and energy resource sector. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services in the fields of mining operations, civil earthworks, infrastructure development, and project management.

Attarat oil shale project: Jordan.  
Tonkolili iron ore project: Sierra Leone.
Tarkwa gold project: Ghana.
Tri-K gold project: Guinea. (completed) 
Agboau gold project: Ivory Coast.
