Company & Project Background: Falcon Metal Resources Botswana (FMRB) is a private exploration company focused on unlocking the critical mineral potential through greenfield exploration of gold, copper and diamonds.  
 
FMRB holds two licenses in Kalahari Copper Belt. These copper-silver projects are at an advanced exploration stage, with soil and rock sampling and high-resolution geophysical surveys currently underway. A Phase 1 drilling program is scheduled for Q1 2026. 
 
Tati Greenstone Belt gold project is covering 10.36 km² and directly adjacent to the historic Mupane Gold Mine, the Tati project is believed to sit on the geological extension of Botswana’s most significant gold system. Historical drilling highlights include 3 m @ 5.17 g/t Au from ~9 m depth. Upcoming work programs include high-resolution trenching of quartz reefs, channel sampling, gold zone modelling, ground IP surveys, and Falcon’s first RC drilling campaign. 
 
FMRB is advancing three tenements in Botswana’s Orapa District-globally recognized for its high-grade, high-quality diamond deposits - as well as targets in the Tsabong kimberlite field. Greenfield exploration has already outlined a number of kimberlite pipes for follow-up work, supported by the district’s well-established mining infrastructure.
