Accessible Parking

There are dedicated accessible parking bays in both P3 and P5 car parks at the CTICC. For access to park in P3 during the event please email [email protected].

Transport Providers

Getting around Mining Indaba

Accessible Entrances

There are dedicated accessibility ramps into CTICC 1 and all entrances to CTICC 2 are on the flat. Badge holders can use either entrance to access the event.

Seating Areas

Provision has been made in all content theatres for those individuals with wheelchairs. We ask that any wheelchairs attendees notify us in advance to assist with planning at [email protected].

Accessible Facilities

Accessible toilets are available all levels of both buildings at the CTICC.

Quiet Spaces & Wellbeing Zones

A quiet space / wellbeing zone / prayer room can be found on the ground floor within CTICC 1 and the roof level in CTICC 2

Dining

Delegate catering is providing within the delegate ticket price and we cater for vegetarians, vegans and kosher dietary requirements. If you have any specific requirements or wish to check with the team please email us at [email protected].

Companions and assistance animals

Guide and assistance dogs are permitted within the event venue. We ask that if you are bringing an assistance dog with you, that you inform us in advance at [email protected] so we are able to provide you with further information.
