Accessible Parking

During the event, accessible parking bays are available in car park P3. To request a parking pass please email [email protected].

Transport Provider

Getting around Mining Indaba

Entrances

Accessibility ramps are available into CTICC 1 and all entrances into CTICC 2 are on the flat. Badge holders can use either entrances to access the event.

Seating

Provision for wheelchairs have been made in all content theatres and lunch halls. We ask that any wheelchair attendees notify us in advance via [email protected] to assist with planning and to provide specific guidance.

Accessible Facilities

Accessible toilets are available on all levels across both buildings at the CTICC.

Quiet Spaces & Wellbeing Zones

A quiet space / wellbeing zone / prayer room can be found on the ground floor within CTICC 1 and the roof level in CTICC 2

Catering

Delegate catering is provided within the ticket price and we cater for vegetarians and vegans. For all other dietary requirements, allergies or if you wish to check anything with the team please contact us at [email protected].

Content

Everyone should be able to enjoy the amazing content on offer at Mining Indaba and we’ve introduced the measures to help facilitate that. For any requirements for hearing issues please email us at [email protected].

Companions and assistance animals

Guide and assistance dogs are permitted within the event venue. We ask that if you are bringing an assistance dog with you, that you inform us in advance at [email protected] so we are able to provide you with further information.
