Caroline Donally

Caroline Donally is an experienced executive with a proven track record of value creation in the Mining sector. She has specialized commercial and financial skills, including M&A, equity, debt, royalties and accounting, tax and treasury. She has a deep understanding of how value is created in mining businesses from exploration through to operations. Caroline has worked in numerous countries, including across Africa, North and South America in a variety of commodities covering precious metals, base metals, bulks and specialty metals. She has served on various boards and audit committees of international companies involved in exploration, construction and operations. 

During her more than two decades of experience, Caroline has developed an extensive global network in the operational and financial sectors of the mining industry. She’s a regular speaker and presenter at mining conferences and has been widely quoted in the press. Caroline is a Chartered Accountant. She has been awarded the title of one of “100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining” twice.
