A Ghanaian by birth, Bez currently leads the Ignite Machinery and Mining Group, bringing a strong combination of local expertise, technical leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on project execution to the Ignite Project. His professional foundation was built through extensive project management experience with the US Military and Fortune 500 companies, where he successfully delivered complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across operations, infrastructure, and business. He holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology, equipping him with advanced expertise in finance, leadership, and organizational strategy to drive sustainable growth across emerging markets. Guided by a clear vision, his work is focused on transforming the communities in which Ignite Mining Group operates. He believes that long-term business success must be directly linked to social value creation.
