Gloria Majiga
Policy Officer: Tax, Natural Resources & Climate Finance Tax Justice Network Africa
Gloria Majiga is a Policy Officer at Tax Justice Network Africa (TJNA), where she works at the intersection of extractive governance, critical minerals, and sustainable climate finance. Her work focuses on advancing transparent, and climate-aligned fiscal and investment frameworks to ensure Africa’s mineral wealth supports equitable development and a just energy transition. Gloria leads and contributes to multi-country research and advocacy initiatives across Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Malawi, Nigeria, and Mozambique, with a particular emphasis on alignment of national reforms with continental and global frameworks, including the Africa Mining Vision, AU Green Minerals Strategy, and emerging international mineral governance platforms. She holds a Master of Public Affairs in Energy Policy and Sustainability from Indiana University and a Master of Laws in Environmental and Natural Resource Law from the University of London.
