Passionate about unlocking potential in people and businesses, she is driven by a commitment to capacity building, transformation, and sustainable growth. Ms Dlamini’s career spans senior roles across public institutions, reflecting her dedication to governance, transformation, and ethical leadership. She holds multiple academic qualifications, including a master’s degree, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in business leadership. A firm believer in lifelong learning, she aligns her professional journey with her higher purpose — to make a meaningful impact in her community, country, Africa, and the world.
