Driving sustainable investment in African Mining

David Flanagan

MD Arrow Minerals

David Flanagan is a geologist with more than 30 years’ experience in the mining and mineral exploration industry in Australia, Indonesia and Africa. 
David has a BSc in Mining & Minerals Exploration Geology, undertaken at Curtin University, WA School of Mines in Kalgoorlie WA. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. 
David was the founding Managing Director of Atlas Iron Limited. During his tenure at Atlas Iron he oversaw its growth from a junior explorer to an ASX Top 50 company, and the operator of three iron ore mines producing at a rate of 15Mtpa. 
David was the former Executive Chair of Delta Lithium and was appointed Managing Director of Arrow Minerals in February 2024.
