Qualified chartered accountant (ACA) with 20 years’ experience of financial management in the natural resources sector covering base, precious and technology metals.
Since joining West Africa focused Cluff Gold as Finance Director in 2009 I have worked in the resources sector across the African continent. Since the2018 I have focused on technology metals to support the green energy transition including roles focused on tin and rare earths in East Africa and South Africa.
I have a thorough technical understanding of the sector in addition to specialist financial knowledge. During my career I have been involved in market facing roles at a senior board level, with proven ability in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and business development.
My roles have involved significant debt and equity fundraising to support exploration, development and operating mining projects. The majority of my career has focused on London listed businesses. I have also worked with TSX listed companies.
