Raj is Managing Director and Head of Metals and Mining EMEA based in London. Raj has over 25 years of investment banking experience focused on the metals and mining sector.  
Prior to joining Canaccord, Raj led teams at several leading investment banks including Jefferies, Macquarie and Morgan Stanley in London and also in Singapore.  
Raj has worked on many transactions across Africa including deals in Cote D’ Ivoire, Ghana, Mali, Guinea, South Africa and Zambia.  
Raj studied at Bristol University where he graduated with a first-class honours in Economics and won the Peats prize for academic excellence.
