I am the founding director and CEO of We in Motion Engineering.  My leadership fosters innovation in rail infrastructure maintenance and rolling stock refurbishment. With a strong grasp of operations management and strategy, the company thrives under my guidance, emphasizing black economic empowerment and women's advancement in engineering.

I am also Chairperson of Rail Women SA, my dedication to diversity in the rail industry aligns with national strategies for inclusive growth. Skillfully balancing program management and strategic partnerships, our team champions initiatives that bolster career opportunities for women and young professionals in South Africa's dynamic rail sector.

I am also the founding director of XBR Mining & Energy, which is an emerging mining consortium focused on South Africa, Botswana and Namibia.  Current projects being considered are in the copper, silver, gold and aggregate
