Capt. Kuldeep Solanki, is a distinguished leader and the driving force behind the Sainik Group of Companies, bringing over four decades of expertise in mining, logistics, drilling and exploration. His professional journey commenced with the Indian Army, where he served with distinction for five years before transitioning to the family’s coal transportation business in 1982. The Sainik Group is currently involved in the production and transportation of 125 million tons of coal annually, while also managing coal beneficiation plants with a total processing capacity of 20 million tons each year. Under his strategic leadership, the Sainik Group has significantly expanded its operations across India, Ethiopia, and UAE establishing a strong presence in multiple industries. 
 Capt. Solanki's leadership and initiative in securing the Potash mining lease in Ethiopia emphasize his vision in capitalizing on essential resources like Potash, which plays a vital role in agriculture. His continued drive in mining and resource development marks an important step for future growth in the sector. This strategic venture underscores his forward-thinking approach and commitment to leveraging untapped resources for global business expansion. Further demonstrating his visionary leadership, he has also ventured into renewable energy, focusing on solar and wind power generation in India. 
 Beyond his business endeavors, Capt. Solanki is deeply passionate about sports, particularly Polo and horse riding. He actively promotes the sport by organizing polo matches in India, fostering its growth and appreciation.
