Hein stepped into this leadership role in 2024, following his time as a Global Account Manager. In that position, he built strong client relationships and developed strategies to address the specific demands of the mining sector. Prior to this, he took on technical and managerial roles, including Team Leader and Customer Engineering Support, where he provided hands-on expertise and guided his teams to solve complex problems.
His journey with Michelin began in 2011 as an Account Manager. From day one, Hein focused on building relationships with customers and delivering tailored solutions across different sectors.
