Richard Morgan
Head of Government Relations Anglo American
Richard Morgan is Head of Government Relations for Anglo American since October 2010, covering global political and sustainability issues focusing on countries where Anglo American has mining operations, namely: Southern Africa (platinum, iron ore, thermal coal, and diamonds via De Beers), Brazil (nickel and iron ore), Chile and Peru (copper), Colombia (thermal coal) and Australia (metallurgical coal).
Richard was previously with the UK Foreign Office with postings in Japan, South Africa and France. He seconded to Unilever from 2005-2008, covering Africa, Middle East and Turkey. He is currently based in London.
