Mr Agesan RAJAGOPAUL is a Partner at McKinsey based in the Johannesburg office. He leads McKinsey’s Metals and Mining practice in Africa and has worked on mining topics globally for 20 years, including South Africa, Brazil, Middle East, Canada, India, Australia and China. He has focused on a number of topics including strategy, ESG and technology and AI but is especially excited about how these all come together to shape sustainable value chains that deliver what customers require.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr RAJAGOPAUL was an Equity Analyst at a global investment bank. He has a degree in Business Science from the University of Kwazulu Natal in South Africa.
